Primary Logo

Our Primary Logo represents our key values through our custom logo mark and hand styled logo type. The primary lock-up contains our logo mark, Colony Park script, community zip code, and community descriptor.

The full primary logo lock-up should be on all official collateral when space allows. Only set it in the following approved colorways. The Black and White colorways are only to be used on brand partnership collateral when required by brand partners. CPC (Colony Park Community) brand colorways are to be used on all CPC branded items.

Primary Word Mark

Our Primary Word Mark is the same as the Primary Logo sans logo mark. It is to be used on all official collateral when the space does not allow for the full Primary Logo lock-up.

Secondary Word Mark

Our Secondary Word Mark is only to be used in place of the Primary Logo and Primary Word Mark when the space does not allow for the primary lock-ups.

Logo Mark Icon

Our Logo Mark is the main symbol of the brand representing the past, present, and future of Colony Park. The symbol is composed of a light and dark component, but should only be shown in all one color. Use either the "light" component or the "dark" component depending on the color of the background keeping the windows light at all times.

It may be used on applications such as social media posts and merchandise. Set it the following approved colorways. As this mark lives between a logo and a design element, it can be set in a low contrast color and background combo if it lends to the design.

CP Icon

The CP Icon is the simplest symbol of the brand composed of the Primary Word Mark "C" and "P".

It is to be used when space does not allow for the main symbol for the brand, the Logo Mark, to be legible. Use the various versions depending on size and complexity of placement.

Tagline Lock-up

Our Tagline Lock-up utilizes our leaf motif representing the future of Colony Park.

The Tagline Lock-up may be used on applications such as social media posts and merchandise. Set it in the following approved colorways. As this mark lives between a logo and a design element, it can be set in a low contrast color and background combo if it lends to the design.

Community Badge

The community badge is representative of our diverse residents while utilizing the house and leaf components of our Logo Mark.

Just like in the Logo Mark, ensure the windows are light at all times. The badge may be used on applications such as social media posts and merchandise. Set it in the following approved colorways. As this mark lives between a logo and a design element, it can be set in a low contrast color and background combo if it lends to the design.

Photography

Our Photography is to feature our diverse residents spanning age, race, and gender. The photography should also span locations showing members utilizing community resources including the parks, restaurants, and more. Style the photos within the displayed holding shapes for an ownable and on-brand representation of Colony Park.

When possible, use real photography featuring our real residents, but while the project is in process, find photos similar to the ones linked below on Pexels and Unsplash for more natural representation.

Primary Illustration

Our Primary Illustration features the five neighborhoods of Colony Park, the diverse residents, and community resources available. It may be used as a whole as in the depicted image, or separated into individual hills. Mix and match the people and building placement for different applications using the individual components below.

The Primary Illustration's background color should always be blue to represent the sky and ensure the components don't disappear into the background. Individual elements may be used on different background colors as long as the element is colored to stand out against it.

Pattern

Our Pattern is a simplified version of our Primary Illustration.

It is not to be recolored, but rather always depicted in the Primary brand colors. Use the Pattern to add texture to brand applications such as stationery and social media backgrounds.

Multicolor Meeple

The Multicolored Meeple are representative of the community members in Colony Park. These elements may be used as a part of an illustrative community composition such as in the Primary Illustration depicted above, or as individual elements on collateral such as social media and mailer designs.

Elements may be recolored as long as the components and background provide enough contrast.

Duotone Meeple

The Duotone Meeple are not to be recolored, but rather always depicted in the Primary brand colors. They may be used as individual elements on collateral such as social media and mailer designs.

When resizing, ensure all the stroke weights remain the same as one another.

Multicolor Landmarks

The Multicolored Landmarks are representative of the community resources in Colony Park. These elements may be used as a part of an illustrative community composition such as in the Primary Illustration depicted above, or as individual elements on collateral such as social media and mailer designs.

Elements may be recolored as long as the components and background provide enough contrast.

Duotone Landmarks

The Duotone Landmarks are not to be recolored, but rather always depicted in the Primary brand colors. They may be used as individual elements on collateral such as social media and mailer designs.

When resizing, ensure all the stroke weights remain the same as one another.

Multicolor Nature

The Multicolored Nature elements are representative of the land in Colony Park. These elements may be used as a part of an illustrative community composition such as in the Primary Illustration depicted above, or as individual elements on collateral such as social media and mailer designs.

These elements may only be recolored using the nature colors depicted in the graphic. Ensure the components and background provide enough contrast.

Duotone Nature

The Duotone Nature elements are not to be recolored, but rather always depicted in the Primary brand colors. They may be used as individual elements on collateral such as social media and mailer designs.

When resizing, ensure all the stroke weights remain the same as one another.

Icon Elements

The Icon Elements are derivative of the Logo Mark. They may be used as supporting design elements on collateral such as brochures and social media designs.
